Unfortunately, breakdowns do occasionally happen. Our vehicles come with full breakdown cover and we will do whatever we can to assist you, should a breakdown occur. However, once the call to the breakdown service is made, we are totally dependent on their timeframes and availability and cannot get them to you any sooner than indicated by them.
If you are in the local area (within approx. 5 mile radius) we may be able to get an alternative van to you, subject to availability. Further than this or if we do not have another vehicle available and the vehicle is unable to be fixed at the roadside, the only option is to get the vehicle recovered back to us and we will arrange an alternative date for you to finish off your move.
Please do not take it personally, we don’t like breakdowns as much as you and usually they occur without warning!
